Fetchko, 79, of Milnesville passed away Tuesday afternoon in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. John was active in the military, retiring in 1990 as a staff sergeant for 412 Engineer Lincalis USAR Unit, West Hazleton. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents, were her husband Walter Yankoski, who died November 14, 1995, and six brothers and three sisters. Also surviving are her seven grandchildren, Philip Benyo, Jack Benyo, Daniel Benyo, Gavin Bagwandeen, Emily Benyo, Julien Morel and Willow Bagwandeen, as well as many nieces and nephews. It was then that Bill entered into a career in law enforcement. Surviving are his beloved wife of 54 years, the former Louise Betley; his three children, Loretta Fuehrer and her husband, Timothy, Easton; Raymond Mylet Jr., Sugarloaf; and Janet Fortunato and her husband, Vince, Oviedo, Fla.; four grandchildren, Daniel and Rachel Fuehrer, Sarah Mylet and Jennifer Fortunato; two brothers, Martin Mylet and his wife, Carol, West Hazleton; and Edward Mylet and his wife, Sally, Sugarloaf; and two sisters, Gertrude Ulshafer and her husband, James, Tresckow; and Theresa Mylet, Sugarloaf. John had an adventurous spirit and a love of life. She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Parish at Transfiguration Church, West Hazleton, and was the secretary of the Penn State Alumni Association, Hazleton Chapter. Sharp-witted to the end, she was one of life's treasures.
